Asda good for you Garlic bread?

I was wondering if anybody could give me a value for a whole baugette of Asda Good For You Garlic Bread, had some with my soup today, and like a piggy ate a whole one! I'm dreading hearing the answer but, does anybody know how many Syns they contain?
