Just in case you were getting paranoid that no-one is talking to you, they are not listed on the website, so I guess no-one could answer you!

I would assume if they are just frozen sugar free cordial they would be free???? I would use the '20 calories per syn' rule for this- if there are very few or no calories then count them as free
