Moving on down part 3

Day 46 & still on track. 5lb loss over the last 2 weeks. Finding it quite easy this time around. Amazing how a couple of important celebrations can focus the mind & resolve. Long may it continue

WEEK 5 -2lb
WEEK 6 -3lb
 
Week 9 & Still on plan with a total of 30lb gone. feeling a lot better in myself & gradually increasing the exercise.
