Asda Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

Hi, Can anyone tell me the syn value for 1 x tbsp of asda reduced fat peanut butter??

I couldn't find Asda's but found

Peanut butter, reduced fat, all varieties, 1 level tbsp 4

I'd be interested to see what it's like.

Interestingly non reduced fat is 4.5 syns per tbsp

OMG - i love peanut butter, so tempted to get some but i'd literally have to lock away from myself so maybe not. hehe x

1 Lvl Tbs isn't that much(for me anyway) is there anything anyway of making a low or even syn free alternative?

no free food allowance, so it is 1 syn for every 20 calories.

I tried peanut butter thought i would be good and just have it now and again, in the end I had to throw the jar out because I kept having a bit on toast in the end it had to go too easy to over indulge for me.
