Does anyone know the syn value of these? They come frozen and the bag is around 400g in total.

    Thanks.

Iceland do very nice frozen salmon fillets. Comes in a pack of 4 and costs £5. I have them about twice a week when on original.

Have a look at the ingredients list. If all it says is salmon, then it is free. If there is any oil, fat, flour, breadcrumbs, etc., etc., added, then you will have some syns in there.

But plain frozen fish is free.
