Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Carne

Morning all,

Can someone please confirm the syn value of Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Carne on a green day? My 2010 book says 3 syns per can but when searching on here it's come up as 1 syn per can?

Thanks for asking about it!! I wouldnt never have thought it have been so low in syns, I think i might pick some up for quick meals.... would be nice pured over a jacket potato!

It really is tasty! Its even better packed out with cherry tomatos, mushrooms and onions with some boiled rice

That's because there is hardly any meat in it at all - it's mostly tomatoes, water and kidney beans. Bizarrely it's probably a lot higher on red for this reason.

Yeah you're right, from memory I think it said around 5.5 (don't quote me on that)

I think I'll give it a whirl anyway, it could be handy as a quick meal when I'm short of time or have had a long drive back up north x
