Asda Smartprice Curry Sauce

Hello,

Does anyone know the syn value of this? We often buy this as it is so cheap (9p a jar!) and it is fine when you add your own bits to it. I was wondering whether I could still use it on slimming world or whether it would be too high in syns.

You can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 calories

A quick google gives the mild curry sauce 299 calories a jar so that would be 15 syns.

It's 17 syns for a 440g jar. Wouldn't be too bad if you share it between people.
