Asda Snack pots

Hi
Does anyone know how many syns are in the Asda snack pots?

Ones in particular:
Asda Quick Mash - Tuna & Sweetcorn
Asda Quick Cous-Cous -Meditteranean

They have these on offer on approvedfood.com and so wondered what the syn values were before purchasing!

I can only find:

Mash Snackpot, Roast Onion, ambient, 57g pot 5

Do you have the nutritional info?

If the cous cous is this one it works out at 0.5 syns per 100g cooked on Green/EE.
