Atkins bars?

Does anyone know if you can jabber them without coming out of ketosis?
They have less carbs and cals than the tesco ultra slim bars.

I'd say yes as the Atkins diet works by getting you in ketosis too

No unfortunately they're not a suitable substitute. I think it's to do with the carbs. It's been discussed before but I can't quite remember the reason

Thanks for you input girls, i thought they'd b ok seen as their is less cals & carbs with Atkins been a Ketosis diet just that is wasn't nutritionally valuable as a substitute.
