I'd like an Atkins buddy please ! I have read lots about the diet and I am starting on Monday after a works night out this Saturday but would love a buddy someone who can help me and me them ! I need to loose about 6 stone !

Eggs, chicken, any meat, spinach, cucumber - have a look at stickies, it will give you a good idea of what you can eat x
