Hi twinkle! I hope it's a great weigh in - but do remember its very normal to stall on Atkins in week 2 or 3 - that's just your body stabilizing itself after the initial big drop before it settles into a slower more consistent rate of loss. Just mentioning it as people can get disheartened if theyre expecting first week size losses to continue. Stalls don't happen to everyone but the 2nd or 3rd week one is common.
