    I know that this isn't an Atkins board but I must plan my maintenance now.

    Where can I find a basic list of foods allowed on Atkins which I can print out and study?

    I know I can buy the book - but I just fancied having a look now at what I will be allowed to have.

    I think that I will have lots and lots of protein - and if i must have bread then pitta bread.

    For maintainance, may I recommend the GI diet instead of Atkins? It's better for you and better in the long term. Focuses on low GI carbohydrates and not very little carbohydrates.
