Just had my weigh-in : got moved to 11am which was better than the original 4pm time - and lost 3lbs, so am really pleased!
Just 1lb off the stone, but am "in the 10s"- not size 10 alas, but weigh 10stone 13lbs, which makes 13lbs in 22 days.

Sorry to be such a technotwit, but how do I show this on our "running list" on this thread please ? - or someone very kindly do it on my behalf, please ? Many thanks xxxx
