Right, I am so rubbish at these but I am determined. For July challenge I only lost 8lbs, how rubbish is that?
My wi day is Monday and there are 5 in August so I stand a chance if I lower my goal.

ive been doing cd for 7 weeks tommoorow - ss - 8lb till goal - had a bad two weeks due to "issue" with flavoured water but now hoping weight lose will restart and that im back on track!!
