Auntie Anne`s pretzels??

Does anyone know the syn value of.a cinnamon pretzel from auntie anne`s. Got a funny feeling they will be pretty high in syns.

Found out the calorie content of their cinnamon pretzel.a.whopping 47o calories is near 24 syns. Think will just look at the pretzels instead if eating them

This thread just caught my eye as I love Aunt Annies pretzels but knew they must be very high in syns, I can safely say at 24 syns I wont be eating any in a hurry! Thanks for the info though x

wow thats a lot, but then everything snack like that tastes yummy is generally bad!!
