Avocados

I know that this has been discussed before but it was a while ago (my search results were from a year upwards ago) and I know that SW is always changing its syns and HE's so can anyone tell me if avocados are a healthy extra yet?????

And if not what the syn is?

Im afraid its not a HE and 100g is 9 and a half syns on all plans.

NOOO stay away from the avacado! haha its like the devil in our group. Cant believe it is so high! so glad it wasnt one of my must have foods to start with
