iv just ate a big cream bun. it was sooo nice but now i feel guilty,
But i wouldn’t like to think one cream bun would make me gain?????wud it?? I vow to eat nothing else like this until weigh in which is on tues lol xxx

Aw, its ok am sure it wont result in a gain, maybe just dont have any more syns for today and go for a brisk walk

Looked it up and its 18.5 so really only a bit over a 15 syn daily allowance. Could have been worse - you could have ate two lol

i already had 4 and half syns before that woops but def not havin anymore today and gna take your advice and go for a brisk walk since its nice J i did enjoy it but not be eatin it again anytime soon lol.. yep ur right i cuda have ate two hehe.. aw we all have our momentary lapses lol, its only week 2 which is why i really dont want a gain and also got my hol in 3 weeks!
