B choice ideas

Hi can anybody recommend an extra b choice for me.. I don't have any bread and used my a choices do can't have cereal :s lol x

If you are doing red or green you should have 2, but it wont make any difference to only have one every now and again x

Ryvitas, alpen light bars, Hifi bars, dried fruit (check the amounts in your book), there's loads you can have but you should have two yes!
