baby potatoes as chips?

Has anyone tried the little baby potatoes as chips? Was just woundering if you do them the same way as normal sw chips?

I've never had them as SW chips but in pre-SW days I'd slice them and fry them and they were real tasty.

I slice baby-tats in half, lengthways, and think of them as beebbee wedges! lol

I actually prefer using them but only cuz i is lazy!! they easier to chop up!!! LOL!!

I'd boil them first before sauteeing them, but yes, you can do it in frylight. Boil them, let them cool a bit then slice them, maybe sprinkle them with a little seasoning, then fry(light) them in a pan. I go through phases of having this with breakfast, especially Green brekkies... eggs, quorn sausages, sautee potatoes, etc. Yummers!
