baby potatoes as chips?

Im just me!
Has anyone tried the little baby potatoes as chips? Was just woundering if you do them the same way as normal sw chips?
 
I slice baby-tats in half, lengthways, and think of them as beebbee wedges! lol
 
I'd boil them first before sauteeing them, but yes, you can do it in frylight. Boil them, let them cool a bit then slice them, maybe sprinkle them with a little seasoning, then fry(light) them in a pan. I go through phases of having this with breakfast, especially Green brekkies... eggs, quorn sausages, sautee potatoes, etc. Yummers!
