I have always struggled with my weight since my teenage years. In 2007 I lost around 5 stone on the Cambridge Diet which m wife and I were doing together. When I came off the diet I put all the weight (and more) back on and have been losing and gaining around 2 stone ever since. I have just joined Slimming World and am wanting to be healther, more active and obviously lose weight. Fingers crossed the weigh in on Monday will be a good one.
