Hey Sheila good to see you still here! I hope so too, not too good at the moment, change on meds is making me feel rather ill!
 
Feeling off colour today so don't know how today is going to pan out really

B: Toast (heb + 1 for low fat spread)

T: lamb biryani?
Snacks: kinder bar (6), Mrs Crimbles GF macaroon (9 (blame mum for feeding me that one))
Drinks: Peppermint tea, ginger tea, water
 
Lost 1.5lb this week, half a stone gone in 3 weeks :D
 
Think my meds are finally starting to settle down, don't feel so ill today, still a little off but feel much better than yesterday

I suffer with CFS too, it hard going at times.

Oh it is Jules, some days I can barely get out of bed. Not been too bad last few days, no doubt it will catch up with me again soon.
 
Wow, few days behind, I keep forgetting to update, silly fibro fog! So few days to catch up on, Saturday I kinda ended up off plan so we'll just bypass that one....

Sunday -
B: Cornflakes (heb with soya milk from 1/2 hex a)

T: chicken portion, butter beans, steam veg, 3x gf yorkies (7.5 syns), GF chicken gravy (1 syn)
Snacks: grapes, cheese slice (1/2 hexa), cornflakes (3 syns, milk from rest of 1/2 hexa)
Drinks: water, squash

Monday -
B: Granola (hexb with soya milk from a)
L:none
T: salmon in oyster and spring onion sauce (1.5 syns), rice and steam veg. Muller light
Snacks: 2x apricots, chomp (5.5 syns), nectarine, persimmon, banana
Drinks: water, squash

Tuesday (today) (green day)-
B:none
L: Eggy bread (hexb+2 syns), persimmon and muller light
T: chickpeas and kidney bean curry (0.5 syns for cornflour) with rice
Snacks: chomp (5.5 syns), nectarine, curly wurly (6 syns)

Ok went a bit off plan yesterday, was in pain and just wanted junk come about 8pm.

Wednesday
B: Frozen berries and muller light topped with granola (hexb)
L: slice toast (4 syns pus 1 for spread), melon
T: Pasta with sausage (2 syns), mushrooms and phily (hexa). Muller light and melon
Snacks: Nectarine, orange, mini eggs (6 syns), rice cakes (24 syns), snickers (11 syns)
Drinks: water

And Today
B: none
L: Cheese (hexa) on toast (hexb + 2 syns) with ketchup (0.5 syns). Melon
T: Chicken biryani (schartz biryani spice 2 syns), ice cream (7 syns)
Snacks: 2x apricots, pear
Drinks: water, light soya milk (2.5 syns)

Another 1.5 gone today! 8.5lb in total in 4 weeks. Just found my old diary from pre-coeliac days when I last lost weight with SW, I lost 14.5 in 32 weeks :O

T: spaghetti carbonara (hexa for cheese), melon and mango
Snacks: curly wurly (6 syns), kinder bar mini (3.5 syns), Schar GF Oreo (2.5)

L: sausage sandwich (2 syns for 4 asda chipolatas and heb +2 for GF bread), grapes
T: Lamb steak, sweet potato (0.5 syns for a drop of milk), steam veg. Melon
Snacks: grapes, cheese on toast (hea and 4 syns for 1 slice bread)
Drinks: Peppermint tea, water

Monday:

T: Tuna mayo (0.5 syns for light mayo) jacket spud and salad. Banana and ice cream (50g light ice cream 4 syns)

Hey guys, not been on in a while, mix of illness, going away and other things. Anyway, I have some happy news I got engaged! I asked him on valentines day while we were away, on the headlands overlooking the sea on Anglesey right where my grandparents ashes were scattered (I was really close to my Grandad so I think it was some kind I wanted his approval move!). Not planning on going any further for a while yet but we've began saving what little money we can.

So I have still been on plan, with just a few days off for weekend away and birthday, in the four weeks I have been away I stayed the same the first 2 weeks then lost 1.5lb and 0.5lb the 2 weeks after. Had a sneaky look on scales this morning and all looking good for this week too.

I could so relate to your title!! I too have fibromyalgia, PCOS, aswell as osteoarthritis, chronic migraines, asthma blah blah blah......so I totally understand your struggles!! I have just read your diary and you are doing amazing!!!! Well done you, keep up the good work hun and sending gentle hugs!! Sarah xx
