Back again! :D

Hi there!

After 5 months off the diet I'm back again.

Left because I wanted to enjoy the start of my new relationship but 5 months later I've decided to restart as I was doing so well before.

I'm still with the afformentioned lady friend so everything has worked out pretty well

Today is my first day back on the diet, got a feeling it's going to be more painfull this time but I never really struggled before so hopefully I won't this time.

Good Luck re-starting;perhaps look upon it as an advantage that you know what to expect and have achieved losses before with this diet.
I am no stranger to the VLCD diets but I very much hope this is my last time.
