Back again after 15 months away! I had a lot of things to deal with (marriage split, house move etc) but I am ready to get back on SS and get ME back! Start again on Monday xx

Well done Jewel, we r in a similar position,I've split from my partner, changed jobs, so much upheaval I've neglected myself!!!! But now I 2 am ready to get ME back. Wish you all the best, I start on tomorrow.

Funny how change in circumstances can lead to us dropping our guards and turning to calories for comfort.
And whilst it is something we don't want, it creeps on so gradually, that we almost miss it and ignore the weight returning.
