This is my 2nd go at LT the first time was a few yrs ago and i lost 5st tgen lost the last bit on SW........kept it off no problem healthy eating running but this past year has been tough.....became a single parent had to give up work lost my horse so i have put on 2.5st..........i am a comfort eater and have an addiction to food so i see LT as rehab for me........plan is 3 weeks on LT then use the maintanence products to break the cycle get back on track........
I am picking up products at pharmacy but using a scale at a boots that measures body fat % as i suffer from hormone issues which cause water retention at bloating so the scales do not show my true weight this in the past has made me get too light and my body fat % dropped far too low
I found this easy first time round 8 weeks no problems but my life is different now and a bit more of a struggle but determined......day 2 for me
