this is My time to shine!
hi all,bit about me i guess
i did lighter life for 5 months and followed it flawlessly and completed magement fully to.
After nearly 2 years of maintaining i had a horrible experience and started to comfort eat , now plenty has happened the last 2 years and its all been fine but last oct things just went belly up and i lost control of my eating habits
managed to get it under control pretty quickly but then i made the mistake of getting on the diet merry go round again and ended up putting on some more weight so 2 stone up
im getting off the merry go round and getting back to what i know works.
its like since oct even though im not comfort eating on a massive scale im using foor for all manner of things, to reward , to punnish ,to treat because im so tired i deserve 'something' basically any reason except what food actually is ... fuel !! so thought id give lite a go and so far its been great , 3 weeks down on tues coming and ive lost a stone and my relationship with food has completly changed again and back to a really healthy 'adult' mind set.
hope im ok posting on here , been on the lite boards but its super quiet which is such a shame as minimins is the best place for support, and ive been all lonesome over there
anyway hoping to meet many returners on here where we can all support and encourage eachother x
