Hi everyone, hope you're all well?
Ok so I have often said that's it... diet starts today! but haven't really meant it.
After being on a training course for 2 days and having time in a hotel to myself... time to think about my future i suppose... I realised that I will never be truly happy until I lose weight. So tomorrow is a new start. I won't be going to a class so I hope people don't mind that I may be asking alot of questions and I will post a food diary, I would be really grateful if people could check in every now and again and any advice would be great. There seems to be lots of advice and motivation around here and i think that's exactly what I need :D

Welcome back :D SW is great, I really enjoy doing it, and can honestly say that in the 5+ years I've been trying to lose weight, this is the most I've ever lost and SW is the only thing that's ever truly worked for me.

I recommend having a look in the 'Common misconceptions put right' thread, as there is a lot of brilliant info in there for people trying to get their heads round the plans.

Yip started on SW today, was on slimfast but I'm diabetic and thought I'd be ok but I wasn't so blood sugars up the left now :eek: My own fault lol

I tried slim fast once, oh my goodness i don't know how people stomach the milkshakes, i was gagging whilst drinking it lol.
