Hi all

I successfully lost just over 2st between July '12 to Jan '13 through calorie counting & religiously logging my food intake but within weeks of reaching goal I went back to my old habits and basically ate for England and surprise surprise regained so here I am again!
 
aww, its hard not to think of the journy as just the weight loss part. When really its about learning new habbits for life. It will be come auto pilot eventually .

I would keep getting weighted weekly even after being at my goal. I think the maintaining part is gonig to be the hard part for me.
But you know you can do it! so you wont need luck for doing it again ;)
