Hello.
I've decided to take the plunge and follow th SW plan - again! I've joined and left a few times, not sure why I haven't stuck to it. But now I have to.
I had considered counting calories (I'd get obsessed and then depressed) as well as WW, despite it not working for me before, but settled with what I know - SW.
I don't plan to join the class at the minute. I'm unsure if I will at all. I'm hoping using the support on minimins, recording my food diary on here and using the wii fit will keep me going and get me slimmer.
Keep me in line minimins. I need it.
