well back on the plan today have put on 6 pounds over the last few weeks gutted, i seem to find it easier to stay on the shakes as i cant seem to control the amount of food im eating during the day tried to calorie count but always ate that odd bag of crisps or chocolate bar but for some reason i can stick to the shakes and snack must be a brain thing gutted my weight is slowly creeping back up, well it stops from today just had my bar snack at 10:00 and shake at lunch
