Good luck with restarting today. Just try to get through that first week, it can be a bit tricky but once you've done that and had your first weigh in, you will really be spurred on for week 2. It does get so much easier.

I'm in week 10 and have been 100% all the way, the time flies on this and I can't believe that next week I should pass the 3 stones barrier.

Good luck, stay strong and remember why you are doing this!
