I hope you all had a fantastic christmas 
I had planned on only going off plan for christmas day, but the preceding couple of weeks didn't go too well. However I am firmly back on the wagon today and am just back from running 10k. BUT we are going out for Indian tonight. I've had a thorough browse of my eating out guide and it really is practically impossible to have an Indian without going over your points
