well... after a couple of years I am back on Cambridge and on day 6...

will be day 7 when I get up in the morning and then back at my consultants to get weighed in Saturday

me too!

I'm on day 4 today, but slipped up last night. Was really struggling yesterday so i'm gutted that i caved. But back on the wagon now and going to stay strong.
I was doing sole source + but i'm going to SS now untill weigh day to try and compensate for my slip up.
