hello all! On my second attempt to get back to target! Got too cocky with myself 1 1/2 st off target before Christmas and have been faffing about ever since!
I am motivated to start with 3 weeks of ss then move to ss+ to hopefully be at target in 7 weeks for my 10th wedding anniversary
Any tips or advice greatly welcomed as I order a month supply as I live so far away from my counsellor
