Why is the cambridge diet so hard to get back on?
When i first started i lost 2 stone in just under 2 months and found it so easy, now its a different story!!!
For the past 2 years i have been on and off the cambridge, loosing and putting it all back on again, i seem to be in the same cycle, try and start it again thinking to my self this is a fresh start, get to day 3, cave in and binge for the next 2 days!
I am giving my self this last time to do it, i love the idea of the cambridge, its quick and eliminates food and tempation. So i thought i would get my self on here and hopfully be able to get support and motivation!!!
Starting Weight - 5ft8in 13st09lb
GOAL WEIGHT - 10st

I keep listing all the things i want and all the occasions coming up to keep me focused!!!!

If any one has been on and off the cambridge but managed to get back on a sucessed please get in contact (sorry for any spelling mistakes lol)
