Hi all

I'm on HL too :) had 5lb loss this week. New week tomorrow . Gonna try a few changes this week (no peanut butter, no milk, no black coffee , little or no protein bars, ) I'm just playing around with it a bit at the moment .

Will be posting daily loss if that is ok with you all?

Daily diary will be something like this
8.30 am F1 cookies and cream , 250mls water and banana.

12/2pm lunch (500 cal limit)

6.30pm shake and piece of fruit or yoghurt.

I wouldn't cut out your protein snacks, you need to keep your metabolism going and for the sake of circa 100 cals a snack...

I've been waking up last 4 mornings with full feeling In top of my tummy and neck like I've eaten loads (having not eaten a solid meal since afternoon day before) I thought maybe it could be the protein snack ?! Or maybe the coffee I could be intolerant too it seems more like.
 
The HL distributors tell you to limit your tea and coffee intake as its a diuretic and to have the HL tea instead. Not sure about the full feeling, have you got a distributor you can speak to? x
