Feel so crappy I messed up over the weekend, ended up with 1lb gain which isn't bad. I planned to start yesterday and ended up having an almighty craving for Chinese, that was satisfied last night so I am on it from today.
Lol I stood on the scales to be greeted with a 2lb loss from yesterday's weight which was nice (17:3). But I am only going by my Monday WI's the rest are just made up numbers lol I am trying to stop myself from weighing inbetween but it is such a bad habit to break, think I have to get OH to hide the scales!
My goals for this diet are to become a mummy & possibly a consultant. I am trying to plan for everything, how much money I'd need to save for a baby, how many nappies I'd need to prepare to buy lol I know I'm jumping the gun but I am a serial planner (not that anything ever goes to plan with me!) I decorated the spare room this weekend and am trying to imagine a baby in there to help keep me focused!!
I will stick to the plan from this day....
