Hey how is everyone this week

Well I had been on last week to say that I was starting to calorie count again but there was so much goin on last week that things didn’t go according to plan!lol

So im back on form today, and will post my food diary shortly so feel free to take a look or pick out if im goin wrong anywhere!according to MFP im allowed 1480 cals per day, will only get a chance to update during the week for the time bein, and im not goin to be too harsh on myself at weekends, really tryin to eat 3 meals a day and with sum healthy (ish) snacks in between, mon-fri.
