Ohhhhhhh so upset why!!!

I was doing so so well and saw my friend today and ended up after making a slimming world meal having some popcorn and a chocolate dipper without even thinking then after looked at syns 35!!!!! I'm hoping I can pull it back for Mondays weigh in! Free all weekend for me thank god I'm working!
 
So it's a new day!! I'm ignoring yesterday I am not using hardly any syns today had to have 1 with breakfast!

Went to the gym this morning and did a body pump class usually burn 400-600 cals

B- sw fry up hxb ww bread. Poached eggs bacon mushrooms, 1 syn for brown sauce.

L- seafood linguini with small bit of chorizo ? Syns I think it's 4.

S-chicken satay,

D-just some olives with chilli so full up

Syns- 5

Hi all long day at work tomo and I've made my breakfast lunch and dinner! Syn free! And I intend on syn free Sunday to.

Red day

B- hxb porridge with apple, cherry and banana with water.

S- 2 x hxa babybelle light

L- peppered mackerel salad, made a lemon and balsamic vinegar dressing. Boiled egg

S- pineapple, melon

D- hxb2 baxters stay full soup.

Syns- none!

And I hope to drink lots and some green teas!!
