n0 lasagne today so i am pink........bad bads carbs think i just went over the edge! Just really fancied it but after i demolished it i felt terrible just a blip .( it wasn't that nice tho)

Jim- supergran is on about the colour of her ketostix, she had a naughty lasagne and cam out of ketosis but is back in it now

I'm realllllllly dark this morning on my sticks, which has suprised me because I had a mountain of veg last night (hubs cooked and did a bit too much and I didn't want to hurt his feelings plus it was rather lovely LOL). Just thought I'd share

If it was legal veggies I'm not surprised Rela, that has happened to me, well not the sticks I didn't use them, but back in the days when I weighed every day I'd surprise myself sometimes by how much I'd lost.
