Hi everyone!
I was a member of this board several years ago now when I was on SS. I lost 7 stone in 6 months but put it back on and then some due to circumstance.
My life has now completely changed. I am now Mum to a beautiful 1 year old girl called Layla-Mae. I am also marrying my gorgeous Bruce in December this year. These both being very good reasons to lose a lot of weight. I have from now until August to lose a chunk of weight as that is when I will go wedding dress shopping. Everyone thinks I am mad to leave it so long but I guess a lot fo you will know that being morbidly obese and wedding dress shopping don't go together well.
I am currently size 24-26 (maybe even 28) and want to be a 16 for my big day.
My Bruce loves and fancies the way I am but its for me and my girl. I want to be able to look back at pictures of the day and not grimace.
Does anyone have any experiences of wedding dress shopping as a larger lady?
For my wedding goal I need to lose 8 stone 6 pounds.
