Back!

    I thought that I'd write a little post saying hi again after a couple month absence.

    I did try cd and wow it was difficult and i think that that really discouraged me. but i am back now and i am going to do cd as a "jump start" for my weight loss but.... i think that i am going to wait a couple of weeks or so because.... i am not feeling 100% and i don't want to get discouraged again.

    But, that being said, I still lost 4lbs since last i was here and that is better than having gained!

    I look foward to saying hi to you all again! :)
