I put grated onion & carrot in mine & bind the mix with an egg. Fry in Frylight for approx 5 mins each side & then bake in a hot oven to cook for approx 25 mins. I also, once I've grated the raw potato, pop it into a sieve to let the starchy liquid drain away

The link works for me. For some really random reason if I grate potato with a standard grater they don't stick together as well as when I grate potato with my food processer!

Hiya

I made Rosti's at the weekend also and didnt have a prob with them not binding. I used an egg. With the potatoes, I put the gratings into a tea towel and SQUEEZED HARD to get all of the water out. The drier they are - the better they stick. I find this also the case when I make home made Bhaji's
