Think it is the norm to have these kinda days for us all..It will pass, Just keep thinking about you're goal weight and how good you will feel..Keep it up sweetie!
i get these days too, like ad hoc pms only worse, get some rest, drink some water, and go for a gentle walk. helps me. either that or buy a punch bad to thrash, that feels great too
i said i wasnt hungry but now im starving ive aleady had 5 litres of water today , just kept drinking to take my mind off bad humour ... cant drink anymore just yet and i dont want to over do it either ........
