Bageutte from sandwich shop

Just wondered how many syns you think a standard sized baguette from a sandwich shop would be. Fancy a treat tomorrow for lunch. Was thinking tuna and salad so should be able to keep fillings syn free. Just wondered how much for the baguette?

The only thing I could find was Co-op, Tiger Baguette, 400g pack, 100g serving

Better just to go for a SUB - 9 syns for a wheat 6" sub
