hi ladies, just a quickie - I know once you cook fruit its syns so how many syns in a baked banana and would n't it differ depending on the size of it

well the SW rule is, one banana cooked or pureed is 4 syns and if you are doing the plan 100%, then it is recommended to stick to this.

However if you only had the one, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
