Baked Cinnamon Apples and Custard

I am actually addicted to this dessert! Its sooo good and only 3pp!

Preheat Oven to 180c

Take the core out of 2 apples

Cut a waist into the apple (run a knife lightly around the waist of the apple cutting the skin but not going in too far)

Sprinkle ground cinnamon and ground ginger on to the apples and rub it in with ur hands (as much spice as u like to taste)

Put it in the oven for about 20-30 mins (depends on the type of apple) You know that its ready when they are soft to touch and wrinkly on the outside.

Cut them in half and serve with 135g of low fat ambrosia custard.

I've tried this without the custard and its still really really good and would be 0pp!!
