Banana porridge is....................

    bloomin gorgeous. Tried the psyllium husks with vanilla (lovely) choc (lovely) strawberry (ok) and now banana (gorgeous).:D

    ahhh i love porridge! BUT need to find another pack for it to go in, butterscotch is all i have ever had it in, gone right off it! lol

    i really dislike the banana anyway so thats out of the question lol..

    glad you enjoying it, it is nice :) dont make the mistake i did though and add to much husks and not enough water, man ewwww .. lol

    Ive benn practicing for about 2 weeks now and think I have managed to get it right now, I put the shake mix and 1 table spoon on husks in my jug then top up with hot water to about 300mlsand whisk seems to work out great for me, i have had the thick slimy porridge though.lol.

    ah yes 1 table spoon is all i use.. i put in 2 ewwwe man made me feel all sick and slimy for the rest of that day lol..

    going to have some today in choclate i think, got a right sweet tooth :)

    I have the psyllium husks with any of the chocolate shakes. I mix up the shake with hot water and whisk then I add the husks and mix in with a fork. This morning I tried adding them to a cup of coffee and it was not too bad filled up the gap that I had. Might be a good way of keeping people from snacking.
