It depends on the individual. Everyone is so different. I've had 2 bars in one day & I was fine.

Its not recommended and it would kick some carb sensitive people out. Some people survive solely on bars though, 3 per day and are fine. A little birdy told me anymore than 1 makes you a bit windy down below?!
