Caramel v nice
Toffee v v nice
Chocolate i dont like asmuch
Peanut (lower carbs than other 4 bars)
Cranverry (lower carbs than other four bars)
Water flavourings are summer berry my fav espiecially hot with paracetamol when im feeling rough and Orange which i dont like as much
You can have bars from beginning of week 3 and recommended you wait the same for the flavourings, someone will correct me if im wrong lol
