    Hi,

    Does anyone know the syns? It's not on lifeline online & there's no nurtional info so can't use the calculator

    I just checked on the Barts website and also the Tesco website both have the product but neither list the nutritional info! Never seen that before.

    Wonder what they're hiding lol

    I think you might need to phone the synline for some advice. As I understand it they only need to put nutritional values on products over a certain weight which might explain why there is nothing on the jar or their website.

    A lot of these pastes etc are diluted in oil. I guess the jerk one is just chillies/spices and oil??? If so, I would assume it is e.g. 50% oil and count the oil syns.

    How many syns in pesto??? I guess that is a possible comparison, although that also contains cheese and nuts so some of the solid components are high syn too....
